After spending an entire week straight working on adding things onto an otherwise extremely barebones forum software, I've finally established a (hopefully) permanent home for you, me, and every single person who chooses to participate in The Cyberix Network. This project was started due to heavy dissatisfaction with the current landscape of the Internet, and thus I have made it a priority to attempt to replace all third party, privacy violating services with ones that I host and own myself. "Social Media Platforms" such as Discord are very dangerous privacy violators who, while exploiting and abusing the ever-so-fragile minds and tech illiteracy of the masses who populate the majority of the today, falsely claim that they 'respect your privacy' and are 100% not harvesting it for any nefarious means. They provide great convenience in exchange for extreme levels of psychological warfare (See Corporate Memphis, Flat Design (especially ramping up around 2016 and higher), and horrifyingly bad attempts by companies at being "quirky" or "relatable" to their target audience (whether it be through advertisements, "Social Media" posts&"""drama""", or through support & email). I choose to avoid all of that, and I am actively seeking and creating a place where all of my previous needs and use cases are substituted, replaced, and completely superseded by alternative software and projects that respect my and everyone else's privacy and sanity.
