11 ui is shit because it's a soulless, cookie-cutter ripoff of material design. it's a visual mess with its garish colors and clumsy layout. the new start menu is an absolute abomination compared to the clean, organized start menu in windows 7. and don't even get me started on the useless widgets and """"personalization"""" nonsense. it's a perfect example of microsoft's inability to innovate and their desperate attempt to stay relevant by copying apple's design. the fact that it's still a resource hog despite its """"improved performance"""" is just the cherry on top of this shit sundae.
