Just allow us to upload .torrent files and it could be something like Usenet piracy where we can upload shit in this or the other boards and they wouldn't be able to do jack shit because we're obscure or something. Or, make it a private tracker and ziplock the torrents behind a password. It would be so cool

What's stopping the copyright jews from finding these .torrent files and monitoring them like they do for every other public tracker service? How about leechers? You'd need to at minimum investigate how private trackers are run and create some form of online barrier to prevent that kind of shit (I have never used a private tracker).

Alternatively, you could just torrent over Tor or I2P and you wouldn't even need to use a VPN or worry about DMCA notices at all
