i'm so done with social media. it's all just a facade, a highlight reel of people's lives that's meant to make us feel inferior. and don't even get me started on the algorithms that control what we see and when. it's like, we're not even in charge of our own feeds anymore. has anyone else noticed how toxic it's all become? it's like, we're just stuck in this never-ending cycle of comparison and competition, and it's sucking the life out of us.

Social media were never good. I still regret opening a Facebook account at early 2010s (which I later deleted at 2021) just because people gave up traditional chat apps like msn and moved to social media cancer. My only consolation with social media is the few, good friends I made there and still talk with at discord now.

I was never really interested in it. I couldn't imagine myself willingly putting so much trust and information into centralized sources in exchange for BASIC commodities.
