Depression and doubt rule the town. Like a group of corrupt sheriffs guarding the bank vault your values disappear under the guise of safety and security. Never questioning a thing as the deputy rolls up in a brand new stage coach you start to question it's purity. Only to be reminded that thinking is not a trait of the citizen but only an evil conspiracy theorist. Living in a television created reality is where you feel the warm blanket of government keeping you nice and warm.
With over 12 years in government school education you're left with little mental acquisitions. Jumping through hoops to get into a college you memorize and repeat like a parrot singing for a cracker. Questioning your god and provider is absurd to the dependent Stockholm syndrome survivor. With little purpose in life the system becomes the umbrella for all participants chasing the ladder. Their slavery is unseen and denied by even the most observant deep sea pearl diver.

The Internet is a waste of time designed to control and sedate people. Computers can do so many interesting things which do not require a web connection, and yet the average technological consumer has no literacy of these capabilities beyond typing in a Wi-Fi password. It is so difficult to remain offline and productive in a world of high-speed Internet that the final solution to this problem might just be mass scale EMPs or at the very least mandatory computer science courses. The most pathetic part about Web 2.0 is that most of it is bots and normalfags, even 4chan has been compromised by these two groups to the point of becoming nearly unusable at times. Everyone is so worried about getting a remote job or escaping "the matrix" they have no clue how bad it really is out there. The Net is poison, unless you're hard limiting what you access on it you will inevitably ruin yourself by being on here.

philosophizing and critical thinking are allowed. in pubs everybody knows the solution to everything and everyone hates the big corpos and governemnt. the problem (or the bright side if youre a bootlicker) is that almost nobody will turn their thoughts into actions. they will vent their frustrations at the allowed places like pubs and online forums, but they will not organise themselves. they will not DO anything. the facade of being free to vote and criticise the big guys is there to pacify people. stop philosophizing, go do things and find people who you can do things with.
