Goal 1 - Shift the site's primary focus from the forum to the webchat, thus shining a light on the most active aspect of the Network. The boards remain but those who are interested in them will seek them out instead of it being something people see for the first time and ignore.
Goal 2 - Overhaul the site's UI design to bring back old elements from the previous layout that people liked. Improve the user experience and implement additional protections in an effort to stop the bot spam.
Goal 3 - Implement the suggestion provided by

I have a problem with that replies to threads end up replacing the thread, so you can't really read what you are replying to.
Can't this be fixed?
