Cy-X.net and related Cyberix services went down temporarily on September 2nd and remained unavailable until approximately 3 PM on September 3rd.

The original creator and upstream maintainer of the GPLv3-licensed CustoDesk project filed an intellectual-property abuse report with our hosting provider concerning https://custodesk.net. Our hosting provider temporarily suspended the service pending our response to the abuse notice.

We submitted a documented response disputing the asserted infringement, after which the service was reinstated.

We are currently reactivating all Cyberix services and have prepared to respond promptly should any further action or correspondence be required.
