Reddit's AutoMod for example seems to be given more of a whitelist of words to say than a blacklist given its community.

The conversation then devolved into ad hominem attacks from moderation, while my original criticisms about AutoMod and 4chan reposts were never addressed.

The core issues I raised (still unanswered):

AutoMod adopts an insulting, smug tone toward users. Is this intentional or a flaw in the prompt?

If the prompt is the issue, why not open it to community improvement?

4chan reposts presented as original OPs: the "OP" never responds to direct questions because they didn't write the content.
Is this considered acceptable content?


What I observed:

Refused to answer basic transparency questions

Dismissed valid concerns as "crying" and being "offended"

Resorted to ad hominem ("spoiled child," "act like you're retarded")

Accused me of being a banned user to discredit me

Never once addressed the actual AutoMod tone examples I provided

If the prompt is truly a 'work in progress,' why not make it public in a Git repo so the community can submit improvements via pull requests?

Is this how Cyberix handles criticism from users who aren't part of the "inner clique"? Because if an AutoMod that insults people and moderation that deflects rather than discusses is the culture here, that's worth knowing upfront.

I have no idea who "zeldrt" is. I don't care. What I care about is being dismissed and attacked for asking reasonable questions about a system that publicly rates and insults user posts.
