You can't disable telemetry in Windows or macOS. Quite literally not possible. Microsoft literally ignores your toggles, hardcodes tracking into the kernel, and silently turns it back on after every major update. Do you think Apple and Microsoft (Palantir, NSA/CIA/FBI etc.) are so low iq and stupid that they can't go around some users "debloat" and "disable" toggles? Of course they assume people will try all these things.
You will get an MSA hwid which DOES finger print your machine. This is a required step of the windows process and it will spit out telemetry that you can't stop (yes there is in fact telemetry in the kernel). No I don't work there anymore, yes I worked in WDG (iykyk), yes I worked on telemetry, yes the amount of identitfiable info they collect on you is massive, no the detelemetry tools don't stop it, at best they limit it to a minimum.
I cannot stress this enough, there is not a single "private" version of Windows on the market. If you are using it, you are giving them data of a personal nature, it is not necessarily information about you as a person, but from your machine you can deduce personal traits.
