can i just speak about how PEAK ts is. idc what you say, ts is peak

the song starts with tubular bells, guitar and a heavily slowed amen breakbeat in the backround. then jumping immediately into action. that's variation A of our motif/theme here. the drums are fast, the guitar is stuttery and angry. all the while the tubular bells and organ just add more greatness to the song. then it switches to a metal format, instead of breakbeats the drums are doing metal beats while the guitar is killing it, playing the same angry melody as before but this time it sound like it's full of despair and hopelessness. and that's variation B of the theme.
and now, the drums stopped. a violin plays the same melody as before and then the guitar comes is. and my i just say, holy shit. that's so epic. it's all over the screen how do i clean it, anyways. this time, the guitars sound SAD and full of GUILT.

the choice to make the more climactic part of the song in the start is so genius, given the context from the title "THE DEVIL MADE US DO IT" may suggest whatever they are doing is in the start of the song, they are forced to do it. and after they're finished, they're lamenting the fact that they had to do it. it's so genius it's everywhere i can't control ittttt.
