How do I renew this computer like it’s new? I don’t know anything about Apple. I don’t even know when she got it. I know I’m going to the wrong place. Yeah yeah there’s no “tits or gtfo” she died and I’m old. But I always wanted an Apple computer. I have an iPhone and that’s all I know about Apple computers. She got it for her birthday when she was first diagnosed with cancer like around 2015. That’s all I know about this computer. I want to use it to play videos for my dad. I swear I’m no larping. Been a trucker since 2005 and just kinda checked out of the whole computer culture. Came back when I got an iPhone and feel like I got left behind when I did.
Any and all recommendations are appreciated. And yeah go ahead and make fun of me, but if you can help in the process, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

All you then need is create a bootable flash device on a working computer, look up the keys to be pressed during startup that allow you to select a drive to boot from and it will boot into the installer that guides you.
