What does the inside of the blade holder look like on your model?
On mine it was a hex key shape made out of soft plastic that matched the shape of the motor shaft.
The issue being that it would slip under any kind of resistance because the plastic was weak.

like I said, I have been using it extensively for a long time and have had 0 issues. i would just like it to be faster for pepper. but i like stupid amounts of pepper usually.
they now have an 'upgraded version of transfer' model, no idea what the fuck that means

i do not leave them in the charging base, i leave them out on the counter on a tiny cutting board to collect residual salt/pepper
i pull out the charging stand every few months to top them up and then put it back in a cabinet

there's shitty versions of every product, sometimes there's actually good ones
