i was PMed a zip file by somebody containing both windows and linux-compatible binaries + what looked like more binaries but under .txt format and I told codex to analyze it and now shits looking pretty fucking spooky. i'm not sure how to describe it
i tend to run codex as root because i like to be retarded but it analyzed the binaries and suddenly it couldn't fucking stop speaking in random languages although it really seemed to like speaking in some cyrillic language
this motherfucker spawned a billion random windows belonging to random gui programs i have on my box and permalocked my xorg window focus to one of them and somehow fucked over my ability to use any of my keybinds. i couldn't interrupt the prompt so i reset my machine
what the fuck just happened
Codex turning schizo on me?

There is nothing more fulfilling in life than running random binaries on your computer

Count your lucky stars.
It could always been worse.

Don't run unknown binary files and don't allow full permissions to control your system for an AI-agent on real machines. Is it that hard? And I won’t even think about it.
