plants are packed with antioxidents.
While digesting animal foods overloads the body with free radicals.
Free radicals basically 'rust' the body from the inside out. They are super bad for you. Anti oxidants are like sacrificial ions, like chromium in stainless steel.

Only monumental retards eat exclusively animal foods.

I love milk but the Beta-casomorphins are too powerful, I'll end up drinking loads of it, same with cheese
That's a big trap people fall into especially when they start doing low carb for weight loss and use cheese because it aggressively stimulates your appetite
Butter doesn't have them though because they separate out of it in the milk solids, so it's actually effectively satiating

As for the carbs in the energy and all that, People don't realize this but your body is able to synthesize all the glucose that it needs from amino acids. If you are eating carbohydrates it's not going to do that. the process is gluconeogenesis and it's a normal thing your body is able to do since obviously as a wild animal you don't really get a choice of what you're eating and when you're eating it, so you need to be able to do things like that
When you first eliminate or reduce your carbohydrate intake you're going to feel sluggish because your body hasn't kicked into production on its own yet, but once it acclimates you end up feeling normal

You should go down the rabbit hole of tissue glycation
That's the irreversible damage plant foods do to your body
Have you ever noticed that vegans tend to look in some cases decades older than they really are? That's direct DNA damage from tissue glycation caused by all the excess sugar in their bodies

>the Beta-casomorphins are too powerful
Nonsense. You're more likely to end up drinking more milk than just eating butter because drinking milk tastes better and is more nutritious. I could eat more whole peanuts than just drinking peanut oil but that's just because whole peanuts taste better.

>People don't realize this but your body is able to synthesize all the glucose that it needs from amino acids.
Your body can also create the cholesterol that it needs but that's not going to stop you from consuming cholesterol is it? Your body might be able to create the bare minimum of glucose it needs to function but that doesn't mean it's the optimal amount. That's why people on low carb diets often complain of dehydration because carbs help hydration and give quick energy to your muscles which is good if you have any amount of physical activity.

It's more likely that they're just dealing with nutritional deficiencies causing those issues rather than something more complicated like that.

Nah cheese and dairy are different than something like peanuts. It's not nonsense they actually engage your opioid receptors

Now as for me I don't go out of my way to consume anything my body produces on its own
Much like our friend the gorilla who does not search for protein or fat because he's able to digest fiber which becomes protein and fat his, body synthesizes it
It's going in as a carbohydrate but it's being converted to lipids

We can't do such a trick so our only choice is to chase down other animals that already turned the grass and leaves into those things and eat it directly off of them.
It was so important our entire physiology adapted around being able to do that not just in our height the length of our legs or upright stance but even our genetic disposition and aptitude toward expanding our range
We had to follow the herds.
People may have snacked on things they foraged along the way, even a dog sometimes chews grass and berries, but the goal was always meat.
That's how we ended up with our symbiotic relationship with canines all together, we were both after the same thing and instead of competing for it started working together for it.

You have opioid receptors in your gut. Milk having this makes sense because it's a liquid and it needs to slow down for digestion otherwise it can go through too quickly and can cause diarrhea. It's nonsense to talk about it like it's heroin and it's always extreme dieters with some kind of personal grudge against milk for other reasons bringing this up.

> People may have snacked on things they foraged along the way, even a dog sometimes chews grass and berries, but the goal was always meat.
Agriculture lead to increased production of enzymes for digesting starch. Or lactose in some people with dairy animals being domesticated. But even with hunter-gatherers there are some who have higher rates of genes for digesting starch. Hazelnuts were eaten in huge amounts in Europe before agriculture. Modern hunter-gatherers say honey is their favorite food and they like it more than meat.

You're mixing some facts with a bit of fantasy to suit your preconceived ideas about carbs bad meat good but there's plenty of evidence against what you're claiming.

> That's how we ended up with our symbiotic relationship with canines all together, we were both after the same thing and instead of competing for it started working together for it.
And pretty much all dogs now are omnivores unlike carnivorous wolves, which wouldn't have happened if humans weren't also eating significant amounts of plant foods.

>I barely even eat meat and am vegetarian most of the time, eating a lot of dairy and cheese
It's the dairy. I ate mostly vegetarian and my cholesterol was high and it took me a while to realise that it was the dairy fat raising my numbers, especially cheese.

I don't have a personal grudge against milk, I said I like milk quite a lot
But then you realize over time that little macchiato you're having is turning into a latte that's more milk than coffee

As for our pets, It's funny the only animals that have chronic metabolic issues the same way humans do are the ones we keep in our homes and feed the same things we eat
A dog that is on raw fed grain free diets are by every measure so much healthier and visibly healthier looking than dog's eating kibble slop and byproducts

And I do want to address the hydration, It's true that when you remove carbohydrates from your diet people have issues with hydration and electrolytes because their body doesn't hang on to water the same way obviously The It's true that when you remove carbohydrates from your diet people have issues with hydration intellectual lights because their body doesn't hang on to water the same way obviously
You just need to consciously up your water and salt intake and will be fine

It's 4:00pm so I'm starting to get a little hungry, this will be what I eat for today

>I don't have a personal grudge against milk, I said I like milk quite a lot
But you'll act like it's a drug and that the carbs in it is inherently bad, and saying you shouldn't really have it. And acting like finding it enjoyable to drink it means it's worse than eating a stick of butter which is less enjoyable. That logic only really applies to ultraprocessed food where it might taste good and cause you to crave eating a lot of it, but it's not very nutritious and is bad for you. The same doesn't really apply to minimally processed food.

> As for our pets, It's funny the only animals that have chronic metabolic issues the same way humans do are the ones we keep in our homes and feed the same things we eat
Well part of that problem is feeding dry food. Most people don't have any issues eating fresh fruit but if you have them eat only dry fruit they'll end up consuming a lot more than they would otherwise. Feeding dogs only wet food would likely improve health generally, and the same is true for cats too. Of course there are still other problems with food quality but that's probably the biggest one.

>and byproducts
Byproduct mostly means organs and parts other than meat. It doesn't mean fur or whatever some people might think. It's actually alright to have byproduct in the ingredient list for pet food since organs are generally more nutritious than meat.

> You just need to consciously up your water and salt intake and will be fine
Pretty much no carnivore seeks out salt though. That's really only something herbivores do because most plants have very little sodium compared to animal products.

Extreme dieters are legit just huge drama queens. They can't justify their actions without using extreme language to talk about the other options lol

I just cut my fat intake and my numbers improved. It sucks eating low fat but it works. Cheese and dairy is a big one to avoid. They say saturated fat is the main type of fat to avoid and it probably is but I find it difficult to differentiate the fat types so I just avoided all fat for practical purposes.

bad food-eating genetics hopefully you are otherwise lucky at the draw and have a big dick or a 6 pack of abs or really cool hair or something to make up for it.

I consider the people advocating for eating dozens or even hundreds of different foods to be the extreme ones
"Balanced diet" is a marketing term big AG came up with, not a scientific one
