Microsoft spyware:[\b]
scummy Microsoft, but I don not actually hate them

You should know that you [b]should never attach parts of
a computer like RAM, CPU
and whatnot if that thing
has been in a computer which its host operating
system
is Microsoft Windows. The only 3 links that I
can find describing this detail ascribes it to
that Microsoft actually implements some hardware
ID
onto your firmware It remembers what if you install
on your previous Windows machine and I think it is hard
to remove it if you are not a technical person.

Pic: Microsoft somehow removes the apps after I noticed them
lol.

i only checked superuser as i'm not familiar with the other two. from that, your conclusions that they set a firmware fingerprint of some kind seems unfounded. the responders offered alternative explanations that weren't dismissed by the poster. did the other two pages go into more concrete detail?

As far as I can tell, no

but all I know is that if you have parts of something like RAM that has
it firmware installed on another Windows Host, I realize that it does not
leaves the RAM whatever called (i no technical user). Very serious for a
backdoor. To give an illustration; R for RAM.

Computer A R Windows > Computer C Linux > Computer C RNew Windows install. The data still remains.

if this were true, it wouldn't be firmware. firmware is on a chip on the motherboard. this fingerprint you're suggesting *could* be held in the up to 1kB EEPROM on the sticks themselves but it seems unlikely and i don't see any suggestion of that from my own.

I think this is what you mean by this "Because EEPROM technology is used for some security gadgets, such as credit cards, SIM cards, key-less entry, etc., some devices have security protection mechanisms, such as copy-protection" - https://wikipedia.org/wiki/eeprom

Dunno if those Rust people infiltrate politics, they would make it harder to change it.
