What are some unusual things that you like in your burgers? For example, I like potato chips and potato salad in them. Nice creaminess, crunch, and richness.
The chipotle Tabasco bottle suggests using it in burgers but I haven't done that yet.

Tangy yogurt, maple sugar or syrup, Branston pickle spread, peanut butter, olives, corned beef hash, I mean... there is no wrong answer except for maybe mayonaise.

Just a spelling mistake anon. No, mayo is something different. Still no... that's for sandwiches not burgers. Both of them. Also sandwich spread and miracle whip.

Plenty of things you would no doubt enjoy on burgers probably have a mayonnaise base. and plenty of THOSE things have the texture of yogurt, so it can't be a texture thing if you like yogurt on burgers. They can have countless different flavor profiles, so it can't be a flavor thing.
It must be autism.

I dont like ketchup at all. I dont dip my fries in it. I dont use ketchup unless its part of a recipe for BBQ sauce or a glaze on a meatloaf.
Usually i dip fries in mustard, mayo/mustard mix, hot sauce, or honey mustard. Maybe ranch or blue cheese dressing if i feel like it. BBQ sauce is good too.

I used to love burgers with all the fixins or specialty burgers with themed premium toppings (bbq burger, mushroom, Santa Fe, etc.) but now that I started buying higher quality meat and cooking more at home, there's nothing that compares to a plain steamed bun with mayo and ketchup with a mustard fried patty cooked in butter taken right out of the pan and onto the bun. Good burgers don't need nasty iceberg or grocery store tomatoes and fat onion slices. It just distracts from the meat.
