2 pieces white Italian bread
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp jelly
1 tbsp honey
1 banana slice and placed in between
Finish it off w/ some chocolate milk w/ breakfast flavored protein powder

I haven’t found a better recipe
