Coffee drinks

Do you make any special coffee drinks at home? I've been thinking about getting into that, so far I've only made iced coffees which has saved me a bunch of money. Are homemade iced cappucinos as good as ones from restaurants? There is a whole world of homemade coffee drinks just waiting for me but I'm worried that it won't be as good as the stuff you can order when you're out. Maybe I just need to believe in my abilities, something the experts of /ck/ have no trouble doing. I also like the idea of controlling what goes into the drinks, like how much sugar and cream.

not hard to make a nice frappucino at the crib. just need ice and some kind of blender + usual coffee shit. I’m sure you’ve figured out that you need to make the coffee strong when ice is involved

Yes, I mix instant coffee and seltzer water together to make a bitter and bubbly beer-esque beverage that is a lot cheaper than real NA beer.
Sanka works best.

I make faux lattes at home with a moka pot. Not as good as the stuff from a decent shop but good enough and most importantly much cheaper.

I got that oxo concentrate maker a little while ago and have been making lattes every morning. It kind of pisses me off that they are basically the same quality/quantity as places that are charging like $8. Only 2 local places are markedly better than what I am making now. It's worth it to try so you can know what's actually worth the money.

i used to, but then i saw that my weight went higher than 120 pounds so i had to stop. i would brew some coffee and then drop a chocolate brownie into the cup and then microwave it to fully dissolve it and then i pour a layer of cream on top. it was basically a mocha

This is something I've been doing lately with hot chocolate, no sugar. Mix a couple tablespoons in with coffee, stir, and it's like a mocha,
