My wife broke her phone again

I am 26, work a hard job and can't keep spending money just for her to flush it down the drain. I love my cute autistic wife and will not divorce her. What is a good dumb phone to get her. Preferably I want it to have WhatsApp and Spotify but maybe if its cheap enough she can have a phone that she just keeps in the car for all that. Like a car phone, and a dumb phone for flushing down the sink and leaving at animal abuse sanctuary's. She does not need access to social media as I forbid her.

Any suggestions would be nice.

Used iPhones or Samsungs are fine at $300 or whatever - plan on getting a replacement every year when the battery dies or glass breaks? They're all waterproof now.
