Ruben is a sperg that was in the right place at the right time to be used as a scapegoat for their plans to enact a digital surveillance state. Schlep on the other hand, was most likely a controlled variable. There is no reason for the glowing incandescent agencies to not pay them a substantial amount to inflate the pedo-scare that was already a semi hot topic into a national news story.
